What is made to measure?
Made to measure is using your unique measurements to make your suit or shirt.

 

How do I book an e-consult and is it free?
You can book your e-consult directly from our website using our online calendar. We will contact you via Skype or Face-time. All consults are free and can be booked after your purchase.

 

What do I need for my e-consult?
You simply need one other person and a fabric tape measure.

 

How long do I have to wait before I get my order?
On average it will take between 4-5 weeks for your order to be delivered to your doorstep.

 

How is my order shipped and how much does it cost?
We use DHL for our US customers and DHL/Canada Post for our Canadian Customers. You will be provided with a tracking number. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $25CAN.

 

What methods of payment can be used?
All major credit cards, paypal and Suit Up! gift certificates will be accepted.

 

What currency is used for payment?
All prices on our website are listed in Canadian dollars.

 

How do I use a gift card?
Each gift certificate has a unique code and can be entered at the point of check out.

 

What is the refund policy?
Because your order is custom made using your measurements there are no refunds. We will provide 1 free remake of your garment if a production imperfection is found (at the discretion of Suit Up!)

 

Am I charged taxes and duties?
Canadian customers will be charged their appropriate sales taxes. US customers will not be charges sales tax. No customer will be charged duties and if for some reason you are, submit your receipt and we will fully reimburse you.
